Processing Times
Many of our items are custom or made-to-order. Processing times vary depending on the item and current order volume. Any specific turnaround time listed on a product page or communicated at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

Shipping
Orders selected for shipping will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. TX Phoenix Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Local Pickup — Weatherford, TX
Local pickup is available in Weatherford, Texas. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

30-Day Pickup Policy
Completed local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notification. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and may be resold or donated. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are not picked up within the pickup period.
